I have always stayed in a hotel up until now. What is so different about a villa?

Does the villa have its own phone?

All  properties are equipped with at least one phone for outgoing and incoming calls. Our arrival
package provides the telephone number of your unit. When requested, we can provide the
telephone number of the property of your unit  one week before arrival.
All telephones use the FREECALL system. The system allows you to make local, long-distance,
and even International calls AT
NO CHARGE during your stay.

Do I need travel insurance?

As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you get full travel / medical insurance.

What about pets?

Sorry, but absolutely no pets allowed in the home. There are many people out there who are
allergic to animals. For this reason house would have to be specially  cleaned. We love pets but
the additional cleaning and insurance cost does not let us permit them on the premises.

Are there any shops and restaurants close by?

Within a 2 minute drive there is a great selection for you to choose from:

Why is your villa slightly more expensive than other villas I have seen on different
communities?

We admit Emerald Island and Windsor Hills are not the cheapest resorts , but in terms of
location and amenities they are certainly the best available. For a little extra you are guaranteed
to have a great holiday, with shorter rides to the main parks and free use of all the incredible  on
site facilities, when comparing prices please consider what you are getting for your money. Plus,
local, long-distance, and international calls are
free of charge during your stay!

Is there lot to do for the children in the villas?

There are 4 TV's, 2 VCRs, 3 DVD Players and a Sony PlayStation . A short walk to the
clubhouse provides access to the swimming pool, pool tables, Internet access, tennis, arcade
games and a play area with swings and slides.

Are all towels and linen included?

All towels and linen are provided, including a selection of beach towels for the pool area.

Do you offer any late availability discounts / early booking discounts?

At certain times we do offer reduced rates. Please enquire about your preferred dates to see if
they are available.

Are all the resort facilities included in the price?

YES, all resort facilities are free to all guests at no extra charge.

Who looks after the properties?

We contract a professional property management company. They look after the villa and are
also ready to assist our guests. If there are any problems with the villa, they are on call 24 hours
a day.

Have the villas got any safety features?

Yes they have all the safety features required by state law (and more), including fire
extinguishers.

Is there a shop on the resort?

Yes, there is a shop by the pool. It sells day-to-day items such as snacks and drinks.

Does the home get cheaper the longer I stay?

Yes, if you want to stay longer than 2 weeks, we can usually make your vacation rate much
better.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event
that the Guest exercises their
right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the
Total Rental Fee (amount
shown on the booking confirmation):

·        Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
·        Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 50%
·        Between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date 75%
·        Less than 15 days prior to the arrival date 100%

The Company regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever
the circumstances. The
Company recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance
either through their insurance
broker or travel agent. Alternatively, the Guest may elect to purchase cancellation insurance
through Easy Flow LLC (only
